Late Show:

Our drivers will give you a call upone arrival and wait 10 min from your Scheduled pick up time. If you are over 10 min late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.

No Show up:

if you are not showing up or not hearing from you after 10 min upone arrival of our driver you will considered No show up. and no refund. the trip will considered done and you have to pay full amount of requesed ride

Cancelation:

If you want to cancel the ride please do so 24 hours before pick up time.less than 24 hours, a cancelation fee may be apply.
