Sattacare Transportation LLC provides non-emergency transportation services, including transportation to medical appointments, personal appointments, airport transportation, and other pre-arranged trips.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 2–24 hours notice: Partial refund may apply
• Less than 2 hours notice or no-show: No refund

Passengers agree to:

• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
• Wear seat belts when required.
• Treat drivers respectfully.
• Follow applicable laws and safety requirements.
• Avoid behavior that threatens safety.

Sattacare Transportation LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger's behavior creates a safety risk.

6. Waiting Time

Drivers may wait a reasonable amount of time at the pickup location. Additional charges may apply for excessive waiting time.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Sattacare Transportation LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sattacare Transportation LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Customer information is collected solely for booking transportation, processing payments, customer support, and compliance with legal requirements.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.
